Went and ate dinner at the mall. Mom wanted to see "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." We went and saw it, and had a good time. But we left when it was just too bizarre. Came home and watched "The Joy Luck Club." It was painful to watch everything about that movie. The story that made me sick with pity and anger was the concubine mother who "accidentally" dies of an opium overdose, so her daughter can have a better life.
Anyway, on a happier note, I leave you with this photo Emma found lurking in some dark corner of the internet. She posted it on the group blog, and I decided that Ming Hsu is my new best friend, whether she likes it or not.
