Yesterday, I watched "Selena". I've seen it before, but I forgot just how bad the acting in it really is. It's one of J.Lo's earliest flicks, and it's awful.
I also watched "Billy Elliot," a far superior film. That little kid is so cute, I just love him. But those accents drove me completely insane! I couldn't tell what they were saying, half of the time. One hilarious thing did happen as a result of this though.
There's a scene where the brother says to a man in the store, "The first rule is don't go against the union! We're fooked if you do this!" and the guy yells, "For Chirst's sake! We're fooked anyway!" I had no idea what "Fooked" was supposed to be. After rewinding and rewatching 3 times, I finally got it. Oooooh, fooked! Haha!
I also did something I've never done before. I watched part of American Idol. I only watched the part where William Hung was singing "Can you feel the love tonight." That boy's got mad skills! I'm putting up a link to his official fan sight. Right now.
